About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from logistics and warehousing to inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for logistics, warehousing, and inventory control, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operations activity, status, and performance.
  • Analyze current methodology and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to key internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT partners to implement effective systems and processes.
  • Provide exceptional service to all Supply Chain business partners.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of competing importers and exporters to optimize shipping costs.
Requirements
  • Must be comfortable working 100% onsite.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.
  • 5-8 years of experience working with ERPs and WMS.
  • Interest in data analysis and forecasting tools, with the ability to uncover and drive actionable insights from data.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and influence others in a matrixed environment.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly skilled at presenting data-driven stories to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related fields.
  • Must have experience in the Fashion, Apparel, or Luxury Goods Industry.
