Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and enhance the Integrated Business Process/Sales and Operations Planning and Integrated Business Execution/Sales and Operations Execution to ensure successful outputs and execution. They will engage stakeholders, make decisions, and develop clear execution plans with designated owners and timelines. Additionally, they will host IBE/S&OE meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure effective communication of decisions to relevant departments. They will provide ongoing feedback, identify opportunities for process and meeting enhancement, and improve metrics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend IBP/S&OP meetings to ensure all information is presented, stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made, and execution plans are articulated with owners and completion dates.
- Own the IBE/S&OE meeting, compiling and documenting key issues, tracking attendees, action plan logs, outcomes, and summaries.
- Conduct meeting follow-ups for IBP/S&OP and IBE/S&OE to ensure decisions are communicated to each function/department/team and execution takes place.
- Provide continuous feedback on the process, meeting effectiveness, metrics, and subsequent activities to identify issues to resolve.
- Review and improve metrics and reporting used for IBP/S&OP and IBE/S&OE processes.
- Document the current process and work with the IBP/S&OP process owner to address challenges and improve the process.
- Support the IBP/S&OP process owner in implementing improvements and sharing best practices.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience required in S&OP/IBP and S&OE/IBE.
- A plus to have experience in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, or finance.
- SAP ECC, AERA experience a plus.
Compensation: $89,000 - $119,000
