The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering a consistent and exceptional experience to our members, guests, and fellow team members. They will also be punctual, reliable, and dependable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting members/guests as they enter and exit the club, assisting them with any questions or concerns, promoting our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, and resolving member concerns and escalating to a Manager as needed.
This is a part-time position working Monday through Friday from 6AM-2PM. The estimated annual salary for this role is $32,000-$40,000 based on location and experience.
