Position Summary: The Rehabilitation Support Specialist plays a crucial role in our team, engaging extensively with patients. This position is centered around building a trusting rapport with clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating patient flow within the facility.
  • Encouraging and motivating patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Providing compassionate communication and corrective guidance during activities.
  • Assisting therapists in preparing patients for their initial activities.
  • Ensuring patients are informed and assisted with necessary paperwork and insurance requirements.
  • Offering constructive feedback on proper techniques and modifications as directed by therapists.
  • Performing opening and closing duties for the facility.
  • Participating in regular training sessions with physical therapists.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer systems.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
