Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions to complex problems in support of technical planning, system integration, and modification of unique flight test aircraft.
  • Apply extensive technical expertise to coordinate maintenance and logistics support, ensure correct aircraft configurations, and assist in aircraft anomaly resolution.
  • Represent the organization as the prime technical contact for F-16 modifications, interacting with senior external personnel on significant technical matters.
  • Collaborate with USAF, contractor, and civil service engineers and maintainers to ensure seamless integration of test programs.
Requirements:
  • Fighter aircraft configuration management, sustainment, maintenance, or production experience.
  • Experience in USAF maintenance activities and procedures, and T-2 modification processes.
  • Active/current Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience with maintenance/configuration management of F-16 avionics systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional planning and coordinating skills.
