  • Understand and interpret the Banquet Event Order and menu for assigned functions.
  • Serve guests in accordance with the hotel's service standards, ensuring a courteous and professional experience.
  • Address guest issues and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Stay informed about current hotel policies and procedures.
  • Familiarize oneself with emergency exits, fire extinguisher locations, and safety protocols.
  • Keep the banquet storage area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Clear banquet areas post-event, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and restocked.
  • Exhibit attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness towards guests and colleagues.
  • Understand the hotel's organizational structure and the role of each department.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Participate in meetings as required by management.
