We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bar Back to join our team at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. As a Bar Back, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain work areas, including stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, and other tools
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including welcoming and acknowledging them according to company standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
