Breakfast Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our breakfast team at Delta Hotels Celebration Orlando. As a breakfast attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and taking down our breakfast buffet, ensuring that all food and beverage items are available and replenished as needed. You will also be responsible for providing attentive service to guests in the dining area, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.

Responsibilities:

  • Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures
  • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
  • Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, and serving food and drinks
  • Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage
  • Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Food service industry experience is highly desired
