Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all Requests for Quotations (RFQs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members across different regions to support transition and transfer projects.
  • Work closely with the Jamestown team on-site to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilize SAP for procurement processes and data management.
  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work across different time zones as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
