Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Consultant to join our Private Client Group team at Yieldstreet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate executives, providing them with tailored investment solutions and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, investor relations, or customer service within the financial services industry. They will possess excellent sales and presentation skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and meet performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate investors on Yieldstreet's investment strategy and individual fund offerings
  • Provide consultative selling techniques to understand clients' needs and deliver tailored investment solutions
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships through investor-focused education and exceptional service
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Meet with private clients at Yieldstreet-sponsored events, with some travel required
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, investor relations, or customer service within financial services
  • Sales and presentation skills, with a focus on consultative selling
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a client-first orientation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet performance metrics
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
