Job Description:

We are seeking a talented XR UX Designer who will be responsible for crafting user-centric product ideas by combining technical expertise with human-centered approach. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a cross-disciplinary team to help users achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to product strategy discussion and develop concepts aligned with product goals and strategy.
  • Develop high-level creative concepts for projects; help to refine and further develop these concepts into complete, functional design systems.
  • Rapidly prototype concepts to demonstrate your design.
  • Communicate clear expectations for quality of work, productivity, communication, and professionalism with the team.
  • Work with designers, developers, and PMs to define and meet key milestones as well as create task lists and work estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of interface design experience working across device platforms.
  • BA/BFA in Communication design, HCI, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience designing user interface systems or experiences that support multi-modal inputs.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates solving complex problems that meet the needs of the users while supporting clearly identified businesses.
