We are seeking a skilled and passionate Waxing Specialist to join our team at Waxing the City Somerville. As a Cerologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our clients, ensuring a clean and professional environment, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement customer service standards for all internal and external clients.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment.
  • Provide efficient, effective, and high-quality service provision following defined waxing service standards.
  • Support and protect our culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
  • Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance.
Requirements:
  • Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist).
  • A passion for waxing and the beauty industry.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team.
  • Exceptional Customer Service.
  • Self-Motivated.
