Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards to track procurement metrics and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the casino's procurement processes remain compliant and efficient.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software and systems.
