The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Physician Assistant, you will extend patient care and administrative services for UAMS physicians in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive health assessments, determining diagnoses, implementing treatment plans, performing procedures, and prescribing medicines and treatments. You will work autonomously as well as in collaboration with a variety of individuals to diagnose and manage patient's healthcare problems.
This role requires a PA with State Medical Board certification, current BLS certification, and prescriptive authority and DEA license. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred but not required.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000-$140,000 based on education and experience.
