Are you a skilled mechanic with experience in electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems? Do you have expertise in assembly, disassembly, repair, and adjustment of complex systems?

We are seeking a highly skilled Ordinance Equipment Mechanic to join our team at BCforward. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Assembling, disassembling, reassembling, fabricating, screening, repairing, adjusting, testing, and verifying complex electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems
  • Working with avionics, missiles, weapons controls, aircraft armament, bomb racks, launchers, and associated equipment
  • Removing and installing components, connectors, and wiring into cabinets, chassis, and console type assemblies
  • Performing light machining, sheet-metal work, drilling, riveting, and airframe repairs

The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent, and must be able to read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings, production planning, and other technical documents. Additionally, the candidate should possess extensive knowledge of electronic, electromechanical, and optical equipment/systems.

This is a 100% onsite position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to drill, bolt, cut metal, splice wires, and perform vehicle modification. A salary of $ 85,000 per year is estimated based on industry standards and location.
