Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have a positive experience in our cafe.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the cafe is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment in the cafe, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Sanitation and Safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
