Job Overview

DCS Corp is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Technical and Management Support Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in acquisition and program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals in the execution of various acquisition and management tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Coordinating with government agencies and other stakeholders
  • Managing budgets and resources
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

The Program Manager will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, as well as developing and implementing corrective actions as needed.

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • MS/MA or higher in management, business, accounting, finance, logistics, or a STEM discipline
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience within the DoD
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance, current within 5 years
  • Eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) access
