Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care to pediatric patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and implement evidence-based interventions to prevent complications.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL).
- Current BLS Certification required.
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department.
- Certification in specialty area preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred.
