Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary.
- Observe residents' conditions during your shift and report any concerns to the broader nursing team.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, and change linens to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and family members.
- Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
- Effective organization skills and ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- A high level of attention to detail.
