We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in post-acute facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary.
  • Observe residents' conditions during your shift and report any concerns to the broader nursing team.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, and change linens to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and family members.
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
  • Effective organization skills and ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
