Job Summary

The W Assisted Living Management Company is seeking a compassionate and energetic Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional care and support in the dining area.

Responsibilities

  • Set up tables and other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
  • Deliver dishes and trays to residents
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas
  • Provide assistance to patients as needed

Requirements

  • One-year experience working in an institutional food service is a plus
  • Prior experience working with a vulnerable population is a plus
  • The ability to interact with all residents with dignity and compassion
  • The ability to follow federal and state regulations regarding food safety
