Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of a Temporary Cashier. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations within our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels through tracking and management.
  • Accurately process pricing changes, markups, and markdowns.
  • Monitor promotional items, report out-of-stock situations, and address defective merchandise promptly.
  • Communicate with customers regarding special orders and stock updates.
  • Provide insights to supervisors on current market trends.
  • Maintain a clean and organized selling area at all times.
  • Operate the cash register in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
0-6 months of experience in a retail or cashier role is preferred.

Education:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
