Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Float Pool Nurse to join our team. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various medical surgical units, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in various medical surgical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of nursing experience
