Key Responsibilities
Experience in supermarket departments is required, along with a comprehensive understanding of the products, tools, and operations related to nighttime staffing. Strong leadership and project management abilities are essential. A solid grasp of basic mathematical concepts relevant to the supermarket industry is necessary. Proficiency in reading and understanding English is required.

Adherence to the store's standards for Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency is mandatory.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders to access products, and maintain cleanliness through sweeping and mopping.

Candidates must possess sufficient mobility to respond to safety emergencies and be comfortable working in cold and damp environments.

Ability to tolerate moderate dust levels during routine cleaning tasks is expected. Weekend and night shifts are part of the role. A reliable work ethic, integrity, and a drug-free lifestyle are essential. The ability to stand for extended periods, up to four consecutive hours, is required. Team collaboration is key to achieving departmental goals.
