Operational Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operational Procurement Specialist to join our team at NebulaWorks. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the ordering process, verifying invoices, and maintaining supplier contacts.
Responsibilities:- Process and handle orders with deadline monitoring
- Verify and book invoices
- Maintain and research supplier contacts in Europe
- Obtain quotes and create price comparisons
- Handle complaints in a solution-oriented manner
- Pre- and post-process annual inventory and purchasing fairs
- Administer and maintain the WAGNER fleet
- Perform general organizational tasks within the team
- Commercial or comparable education (e.g. industrial clerk)
- 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement/purchasing
- Proficient in PC applications (MS 365)
- Very good English skills
- Strong quality and cost awareness
- Negotiation skills
- Independent and reliable work style
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Owner-managed, innovative family business with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
