Job Description:
HFFive is hiring a Cheese and Whey Plant Supervisor in Western MN.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure plant equipment is functioning properly.
- Participate in cost reduction initiatives to improve profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in food production management or a related field.
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $180k - $230k per year.
- 40% bonus.
- Full relocation package.
