About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our cheese and whey production plant in Western MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage a team of production workers and supervisors to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure inventory levels and supply chain continuity.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in food production management or a related field.
