Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the Project Management team with various tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Project Management team to oversee project activities and maintain effective client relations.
2. Manage construction documentation, including change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals.
3. Work closely with the Superintendent and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
4. Conduct site safety inspections, promoting and ensuring adherence to safe work practices.
5. Update and maintain project management and scheduling software to reflect current project status.
