Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and strategies to individuals to live as independently as possible
  • Assist with daily activities, including socialization, behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, and recreational activities
  • Accurately document progress and activity, and review records and logs to stay up-to-date with changes in service plans
  • Provide clinical expertise, including knowledge of specialized populations and expertise in special disciplines
  • May accompany individuals to medical appointments and relay orders and information to and from medical providers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
