- Assist with daily activities, including socialization, behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, and recreational activities
- Accurately document progress and activity, and review records and logs to stay up-to-date with changes in service plans
- Provide clinical expertise, including knowledge of specialized populations and expertise in special disciplines
- May accompany individuals to medical appointments and relay orders and information to and from medical providers
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six months of experience in human services preferred
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
