Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Procaccianti Companies. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Check-In: Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, assist with check-in, verify reservations, and provide necessary information about services and policies.
  • Check-Out and Payment Processing: Handle check-out procedures, process payments, and issue invoices or receipts as needed, ensuring accuracy in billing and resolving payment-related queries.
  • Phone and Email Communication: Answer incoming calls, direct calls to relevant departments, and provide information or assistance as required, responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Reservation Management: Manage room or service reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining an up-to-date reservation system.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with requests such as room changes, additional amenities, directions, and local recommendations, addressing and resolving guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
Working Conditions:

This role requires extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. The work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Basic safety precautions and applicable protective equipment must be followed.

Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
