As a licensed insurance professional, you will have the opportunity to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. You will also establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Develop new service opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)
  • Property & Casualty license (required or must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire)
  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
  • Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
