Role Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for selling manufactured components to both internal and external clients while delivering technical information, support, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete an extensive hands-on training program.
- Focus on personal development and career progression.
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries from our established customer base regarding product details, pricing, order status, and delivery confirmations.
- Secure and renew orders while coordinating delivery, collaborating closely with our manufacturing and other facilities.
- Enter orders and quotes, ensuring timely follow-ups in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Provide both technical and non-technical support to clients and staff regarding equipment use, operation, and maintenance.
This is a salaried, non-commission role that includes full benefits and an excellent 401k plan.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
