Role Summary:

The Facilities Engineer will oversee the management of service maintenance requests for properties within our portfolio. This position demands strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to troubleshoot and resolve various issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure minimal disruption and thorough cleanup during all maintenance activities in client areas.
  • Oversee the completion of service requests and address any operational challenges.
  • Maintain an inventory of tools and supplies, source necessary materials, and evaluate vendor pricing.
  • Coordinate maintenance contract work and monitor equipment performance.
  • Manage event setup and teardown activities while performing routine equipment maintenance.
  • Understand building systems and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
  • Provide on-call support and execute emergency maintenance repairs as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates possessing 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, along with a customer service orientation and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
