We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology team at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Florida. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our department.
Responsibilities- Participate in the full scope of adult Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, including reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.
- Collaborate with residents and attending physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients undergoing surgery.
- Conduct pre- and post-operative evaluations and provide necessary care.
- Assist with clinic, procedure room, and OR cases as needed.
- Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program (for Nurse Practitioners) or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (for Physician Assistants).
- Current FL RN and APRN license and certification as a ANP, ACNP (for Nurse Practitioners) or PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the FL State Board of Medical Practice (for Physician Assistants).
- BLS, ACLS, and First Assist certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
