Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Distribution Specialist to join our team at Pike Corporation. As an Overhead Line Foreman, you will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical overhead distribution systems. This role requires working at various locations, including travel to other states as needed.

About the Role:
This is a field-based position that involves working on energized and de-energized overhead work. You will be required to lead and train crew members, possess leadership and management skills, and have a working knowledge of all aspects of line work. The ideal candidate should be able to string overhead wire, set poles and anchors, install transformers, and perform other tasks associated with electrical distribution systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of recent field experience in electrical construction and maintenance. Additionally, you should be able to read and communicate effectively in English, coordinate and inspect the work of crew members, and travel long distances on short notice when required. A CDL and safe driving record are also essential.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Work Environment: This role involves frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. You will work in outside weather conditions and may be occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures, noise, and physical hazards. However, we provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety while performing tasks.
