Position Summary:
You will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding Guest Care experience while supporting the sales of automotive repair services and tires.

This role is vital for driving business growth through effective sales presentations and comprehensive product and service knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing Monro's training program to master the Monro selling process.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers via phone and in-store.
  • Engaging with customers, scheduling appointments, and building trust while understanding their needs.
  • Communicating processes and timelines effectively, presenting necessary services in line with the Monro selling approach.
  • Managing the organization and efficiency of service operations through estimate and invoice handling.
  • Assisting in various customer care aspects, work order completion, register support, facility upkeep, and outside purchase ordering under management guidance.
  • Serving as a secondary key carrier with essential opening and closing duties.

We adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
