Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Associate to join our team in AI-driven Drug Discovery. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively to develop novel deep learning algorithms for molecule design and optimization, molecular interaction modeling, and precision medicine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize AI algorithms for protein- and RNA-targeted drug discovery
  • Support AI modeling and data analysis for ongoing research studies
  • Prepare and write research papers, presentations, and grant proposals
  • Coordinate research progress with team members
  • Mentor undergraduate and graduate students
  • Perform routine lab maintenance and daily lab duties
Requirements:
  • Recent Ph.D. degree in computer science, electrical and computer engineering, data science, informatics, computational biology/chemistry, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven drug discovery, machine and deep learning, computational biology, or bioinformatics research
  • Self-motivation and independence
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and keep pace in a dynamic research environment
