Ecologist or Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to expand our Environmental Restoration Practice in the Great Lakes and Northeast regions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, planning, designing, and implementing habitat and ecological restoration projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or provide strategic direction for comprehensive scope development, fee negotiations, project schedule and deliverable milestones development, technical and financial project management activities, client and stakeholder coordination, project implementation, and subcontractor administration
- Provide mentorship, technical oversight, and quality reviews on restoration projects
- Identify strategic teaming partners and actively build relationships, helping to identify and support staff resource and hiring needs
- Provide active mentorship and oversight of junior and mid-level staff
Project Execution: The successful applicant will have had previous experience building a habitat and ecological restoration practice in collaboration with others and will be a driving force behind growing Anchor QEA's restoration practice in the Northeast and Great Lakes Region.
Biz Dev: Help expand our existing habitat and ecological restoration practice that is well known and respected by clients and looked to for project completion and strategic advice.
Ideal Candidate Profile: We seek individuals with strong leadership skills, experience in building partnerships with federal, state, and local clients, self-motivation, drive, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to maximize successful project outcomes.
Compensation Package: This position offers a competitive salary range of $141,000 - $175,000 annually, along with an annual bonus, other potential bonus types, healthcare benefits, paid company and floating holidays, vacation time, sick and safe time, retirement plan, and further information on benefits at anchorqea.com/careers/benefits.
