Key Responsibilities:

* Provide process and functional product expertise on customer implementations of BY's solutions
* Work closely with the customer to understand their business needs and align a quality solution that adds business value
* Participate in business process analysis/design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project
* Develop functional specifications of sound design for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that achieve customers' business objectives
* Create and modify procedural and system documentation throughout the project
* Develop and execute test scripts to ensure BY software consistently meets the customer's business objectives
* Provide non-technical support during the 'go-live' period
* Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects
* Serve in a supporting functional role while attending and contributing to key meetings between the BY project stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and corresponding leadership teams
* Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
* Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer-specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
* Communicate the value proposition of BY's solutions to our customers
* Clearly understand customer's business requirements and clarify any misunderstanding between different business users
* Escalate issues that may have negative scheduling or financial impact
* Estimate specifications accurately
* Work with project team to understand and help to provide detail functional requirements from functional specifications
* Work closely with the customer team to guide them through all phases of the project

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline; MSc/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Warehouse & Logistics, Operational Research, Management or related field preferred
* Supply chain execution experience in retail, manufacturing, and 3PL businesses
* Familiar with warehouse processes
* Ability to manage customer expectations in regards to functional issues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent presentation and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
