The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Lead to join our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. As a key member of our Healthcare Intelligence Product Area, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving technical solutions for AI/ML applications in the healthcare industry.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience as a Machine Learning engineer with a strong background in feature engineering pipelines, deploying AI models, and optimizing model inference.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
  • Experience with developing Python-based APIs using FastAPI/Flask.
  • Designing and implementing graph data models that capture complex relationships, ensuring efficient querying and traversal.
  • Experience working with security, data, and AI pipeline technologies (RDS/Postgres, Snowflake, Airflow) and infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Python, Ansible, CFT).
  • Demonstrated work experience using AWS services: deploying models in Sagemaker, cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or RDS for analytics data hosting, EC2/EKS compute set-up.
  • Experience working with development & deployment tools like Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, Sonar, etc.
  • Excellent SQL skills required and experience performing deep data analysis on multiple database platforms.
  • Experience working on ML model monitoring, observability, and performance testing.
  • Experience with working on Gen AI solutions with Large Language Models, LangChain, Llama Index, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-tuning.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

As the AI Solutions Lead, you will drive cutting-edge solutions across various AI applications, including recommendation systems, healthcare guidance, and information extraction using large language models (LLMs). These solutions will be deployed seamlessly across web platforms, mobile apps, and human interfaces.

The squad intends to use cloud technologies and deploy solutions using all current software engineering principles.
