Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Ironworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Erecting and installing structural steel components in accordance with blueprints and specifications.
- Performing welding and bolt-up activities to secure structural elements.
- Utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to fabricate, measure, and cut steel beams and columns.
- Safely operating cranes and aerial lifts to position structural components.
- Conducting inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members, including welders, fabricators, and engineers, to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhering to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Iron Worker in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel components and installation processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate cranes, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
- Excellent welding and bolt-up skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to pass background and drug tests.
