As a Family Law Counsel, you will handle your own cases while also collaborating with colleagues on more complex matters.

You will have the opportunity to litigate family law issues from inception to resolution, gaining valuable courtroom experience.

Our practice areas include:
custody, visitation, support, protective orders, and all facets of Divorce, Domestic Violence, and Paternity cases.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing family law cases through thorough research on various issues.
2. Demonstrating strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities.
3. Attending depositions, mediations, and hearings.
4. Reviewing, analyzing, and drafting legal documents with excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
5. Communicating with empathy and knowledge to clients of varying sophistication regarding complex matters.
6. Effectively interacting with a range of contacts, including external attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff, while upholding high standards of integrity and professional ethics.
7. Tracking and managing billable hours and ensuring all aspects of client and case management are addressed appropriately.

Minimum qualifications include 3 years of experience in Family Law. Candidates must be licensed in California, with CFLS or eligibility considered a plus.
