We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. The estimated all-in pay is $58, per year based on a 35-hour work week, including a base rate of $9.50 /hour and uncapped earning potential through commission. We offer paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
