Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Care Specialist to join our full-service hospital team. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a critical role in providing excellent veterinary care to our patients and exceptional customer service to their owners. Your responsibilities will include assisting veterinarians with appointments, surgery, and laboratory procedures, as well as maintaining accurate patient records and communicating with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent education as required in becoming a Credentialed Veterinary Technician in the state where the hospital is located.
  • At least one year of experience as a Veterinary Technician or working in a veterinary practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compassionate and sympathetic with the ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor during emotional and stressful situations.
  • Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments, offer creative ideas, and accept change.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
