Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $18.50, influenced by various factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions where applicable.

This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

Upon hiring, employees will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary and other compensation programs at any time for various reasons, including individual performance and market factors.

Salary:
$17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive demeanor towards customers, clients, and colleagues, adapting to their needs.

- Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, neat, and sanitary, adhering to preventative maintenance procedures as per departmental policies.

- Use judgment to select appropriate cleaning techniques as outlined in orientation guidelines.

- Demonstrate safe and efficient use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning solutions, as monitored by supervisors.

- Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies using appropriate germicides and sterilizing methods.

- Follow universal precautions when disposing of waste and bio-hazardous materials.

- Keep cleaning carts well-stocked with supplies, ensuring all chemicals are properly labeled and equipment is maintained in good condition.

- Foster effective interpersonal relationships and maintain professionalism at all times.

- Contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the department.

Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.

This position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
