  • Food Safety and Handling: Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the food service work area, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate accounts and spoilage records, completing any required logs and restocking duties in a timely manner.

  • Guest Complaints: Respectfully handle guest complaints, responding to concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications

  • Attendance and Punctuality: Report to work on time and in complete uniform, maintaining a high level of attendance and punctuality.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a cleaning schedule of equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work a multifaceted schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
