Job Opportunity

SVS Group is seeking a skilled Mortgage Closer to join our team in Maitland, Florida. As a Mortgage Closer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of loan closings, maintaining excellent communication with clients, borrowers, and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review closing documents to ensure compliance with client specifications

• Collaborate with processors to resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process

• Expedite corrected documents to facilitate scheduled closings

• Accurately prepare and transmit funding information to clients to ensure timely loan funding

• Ensure all closing needs are met within committed time frames

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in loan closing with high volume closing

• Knowledge of HARP and Conventional loan closing documentation requirements

• Familiarity with HUD/RESPA/GFE Compliance

• Proficient in reviewing title commitments, validating closing conditions, and preparing closing documents

• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills

• Ability to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
