Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Social Work professional to join our team as a Licensed Psychiatric Social Worker. This role is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing direct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for members and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct timely and accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for members.
- Develop and implement effective treatment modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Provide high-quality documentation of clinical encounters and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with current DSM nomenclature and best practices in behavioral health.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Two years of post-graduate mental health therapy experience within the last five years.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) or equivalent licensure.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level II required.
