Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless customer journey, uphold trip assurance, and maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards across all product displays.


Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will concentrate on essential areas including:

Operational Excellence:
Team Development, Customer Engagement, Revenue Growth, Inventory Readiness, and Store Layout Compliance.

In this role, you will teach, guide, and mentor your team to achieve outstanding service and operational execution.

Additionally, you will oversee the creation and implementation of personalized development plans for your team members.
It is crucial to ensure that staffing levels align with budgetary constraints while meeting customer demands. Collaborating with human resources, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the performance of all team members.
Maintain high standards of customer readiness and stock levels to guarantee a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Ensure all promotional displays are set up correctly and maintained with clear signage.

Promote the Mills Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card offerings, and other corporate initiatives.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a large retail environment is preferred.
Proven skills in leadership, coaching, and relationship building in a dynamic setting are essential.
You must be capable of motivating a diverse team, including both full-time and part-time members.

Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions, plan and delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress towards goals, and adapt to changing circumstances is vital.

Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
