Job Summary:

Catholic Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of direct patient care activities, including assisting with activities of daily living, ambulation, and transfers.
Utilize basic knowledge of growth and development to provide age-appropriate care for patients across the lifespan.
Assist the Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse with patient care activities and tasks as needed.
Report observations, symptoms, and changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Participate in patient rounds, respond to patient call bells, and communicate with staff to meet patient needs.

Requirements:

Current registration in the State of New Hampshire as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
Basic computer keyboarding and data entry skills required.
Ability to utilize and navigate electronic clinical documentation systems.
BLS certification required; must obtain certification prior to completion of orientation.
