ZOLL LifeVest is seeking a Patient Service Representative to train patients on the use of the LifeVest wearable defibrillator.

Job Summary

The LifeVest wearable defibrillator is designed to provide protection from sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) for patients at risk. As a Patient Service Representative, you will work with patients and caregivers to ensure they understand and can use the LifeVest effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage equipment and garment inventory
  • Contact caregivers and family to schedule fittings
  • Conduct evening and weekend activities as needed
  • Travel to patient homes for fittings or follow-up visits
  • Program equipment according to physician orders
  • Train patients and caregivers on LifeVest use
  • Have patients sign a Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist
  • Fax signed documents to ZOLL within 24 hours
Qualifications
  • 1 year of patient care experience
  • Professional patient care experience (not family caregiver)
  • Documented patient care experience on resume
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Willingness to pay for additional training and vendor credentials
